Most clients start with weekly sessions while we build your foundation, your spending plan, your categories, and your system. As your confidence grows, we taper to monthly, then quarterly check-ins as needed. Some clients stay in ongoing coaching for years. Others reach a point where they feel equipped to manage on their own. Both outcomes are a win.
