We Connect First (Free)
Before you book a Blueprint Session, we start with a free virtual intro call. I want to make sure I can genuinely help you — and that you feel comfortable before we dive in. Every single past client started here.
Prep Work (Before the Session)
Once you're booked, I'll send you a questionnaire and some prep work — a gentle look at your income, spending habits, and financial picture. (If looking at your bank account feels too stressful right now, that's okay. I'll meet you where you are.)
The Session (90 min – 2 hours)
We lay everything out together. You tell me what's working, what isn't, and what you're trying to build. We look at your numbers. We talk about your goals. Together we'll create a practical blueprint for what comes next. It's also a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit moving forward.
Your Blueprint (Delivered After)
After the session, your personalized Mindful Money Blueprint arrives in your inbox — a clear, personalized financial blueprint with action steps tailored to your situation.
